The menu selection is decent – a good mix of sandwiches, entrees, and appetizers. The service at this restaurant was very good. Everyone was very attentive and helpful – Waiters, buspersons, etc The food was well prepared and presented. The food was tasty. Prices are a bit high, but for a full cruise line experience, you may want to eat here. I was not overly impressed with the options and flavours of the food, but it was decent enough.

Delicious food. The view is irreplicable, giving a gorgeous view of the bay. The food is also quite great. I had the BBQ shrimp, which, while a little overwhelmed by the bisque it was sitting in, was quite delicious. The calamari lollipops in a similar situation was quite bland, but saved by it's rich battering. For my main dish I ordered the Cod. It was probably the most lackluster portion of the meal, as it was slightly overcooked and overwhelmingly buttery. For desert, I ordered a slice of lemon cake. To my surprise, the cake was 6 layers tall. It was very good cake, but definitely too much for one (maybe even two or three) people. The table service was okay, just a forgotten thing here and a lull in service there, but our waiters were very nice. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Questions & Answers

Yes, you can go to the Deck and walk the hole Ship. Have fun...

Thanks for the answers. So, I guess we'll probably have to pay up before we get in. Meanwhile I found that the QM webpage faq says: "All guests onboard the Queen Mary are required to have a TOUR TICKET, ROOM KEY, or RESTAURANT RESERVATION." (https://www.queenmary.com/faq/) I wonder why don't they make the restaurant access information absolutely clear on their site (either the main QM, or on the restaurants' pages). === UPDATE: We went to the Chelsea on the QM, 8 of us, with a previous reservation. They let us on board - and that 1 hour before the actual reservation time - with showing the reservation, there was no need to buy a ticket. We could walk around, then we went to the restaurant (which was great btw), then walk around again. It was nice. So, if you have a restaurant reservation that you can show them, they will let you in without the need to purchase tickets!

Yes but yes yes yes no good

I agree with Marty.
